General Principle
By accepting an offer from Eisleker Haus, the client acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions without reservation.
These general conditions form an integral part of any contract concluded with Eisleker Haus and are deemed to be tacitly accepted even when the contract is not concluded via the Internet. They apply to any form of contract conclusion.

Scope of Application
These general conditions apply to all agreements concluded between the client and Ms. Julie Oswald concerning consultations, support services, workshops, courses, rituals, and all other services offered by Eisleker Haus.

Prices and Payment
The prices for consultations, support services, workshops, courses, rituals, and other services are those indicated on the website www.eislekerhaus.lu, in the "Prices" or "Registration" sections.
For consultations, support services, rituals, and events, an invoice is sent by email and must be settled within 14 days of receipt.
Group courses and workshops must be paid in advance by bank transfer via the Kikudoo reservation platform. Receipt of payment constitutes confirmation of registration.
Missed sessions can be rescheduled or made up according to availability but cannot be refunded. If a session is canceled by Ms. Julie Oswald, a replacement date is proposed. If this replacement session is not used, no refund will be granted.

Cancellation of a Consultation or Service
Any cancellation made more than 24 hours in advance of the appointment does not incur any fees.
In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment or in the event of an unreported absence, the full amount will be charged.

Responsibility in Consultations and Services
Ms. Julie Oswald exclusively provides advisory and professional support services, independent of any manufacturer or supplier.
The client is obliged to inform Julie Oswald of any health issues, special circumstances, or information pertinent to the consultation or support.
In the event of a medical problem or situation requiring medical advice, it is up to the client to consult an appropriate health professional.
The effectiveness of consultations and support services also depends on the client's personal commitment to implementing the information, guidance, and recommendations provided.

Limitation of Liability
Ms. Julie Oswald does not engage in any medical or therapeutic activities.
She cannot be held responsible for medical decisions, diagnoses, treatments, or their consequences. The responsibility for these aspects rests solely with the doctors, midwives, and other relevant health professionals.
Ms. Julie Oswald accepts no liability for injuries, accidents, health problems, or damages that may occur during or after a consultation, support service, or proposed activity.
The information and recommendations provided do not replace personalized medical advice. Any unsuitable or incorrect implementation of the advice received is the sole responsibility of the client.

Intellectual Property
All content and creations published on this site are protected by Luxembourg copyright law.
Any reproduction, modification, dissemination, or exploitation, beyond the limits provided by law, requires the prior written authorization of the respective author.
Downloads and copies of site content are permitted solely for private and non-commercial use.

Salvatory Clause
If any of the provisions of these terms and conditions should be declared null, invalid, or unenforceable, this will not affect the validity of the other provisions.
